This website is made with the intention of providing information on the work that I offer. My work is to support people with different issues by using different kinds of therapies.
Therapies
I offer both body therapy and psychotherapy. I have worked as a complementary therapist for 7 years. I offer Japanese Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Oriental Deep Tissue Massage, Chinese Reflexology and Thai Traditional Massage.
I am also senior trainee psychotherapist (UKCP Candidate in Training), working towards my Masters degree and UKCP accreditation. Read more about therapies I offer…
Spiral of life
The name of this website came from the Celtic triple spiral symbol that is called “the spiral of life” which you can see on the right side of this page. However, without knowing this, the words “the spiral of life” can bring different images to different people.
